Cyrene at Meadowlands Celebrates Grand Opening
Curve Development and Sares Regis Group joined with the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce for a festive Ribbon Cutting celebrating the Grand Opening of Cyrene at Meadowlands on June 15, 2023. The ceremony was followed by a fun-filled Leasing Launch Block Party, featuring a jazz trio, raffle, gelato cart, nibbles, and a rolling beverage station with beer, wine and bubbles.
Nate Pile, President of Curve Development, does the Ribbon Cutting honors with a large blue scissors. Mr. Pile notes, “We are thrilled to be opening our second community in the Sacramento area. Our mission is to build single-family for rent homes to feel like a true single-family detached community.”
City of Lincoln Mayor Paul Joiner addresses the crowd, “Cyrene at Meadowlands promises to be a new and unique type of housing in Lincoln. I was very excited to attend the Grand Reveal.”
Tom Indrieri, CEO, Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce says, “We are truly excited to welcome Cyrene at Meadowlands to our Chamber. The Ribbon Cutting and Leasing Launch Party are only the beginning of a long-term relationship between all of us here in Lincoln. This amazing project will help enhance the quality of life for those who relocate here, and enjoy all that the City of Lincoln and our surrounding region has to offer.”
One of the highlights of the event was a special presentation by Edward Heidig, Senior Field Representative for Congressman Kevin Kiley, who awarded a Certificate of Recognition from Congressional District 3 to Curve Development and Sares Regis Group for providing exceptional housing to his district. A refreshing gelato cart offers a cool respite on a hot day.
Our cute rolling beverage station is a standout, with a fine selection of beer, wine and bubbles.
